Sale questions, sorted.
Can't find your answer? Call any store on +91 98765 43210, 10 am to 10 pm.
Are online prices the same as in the store?
Yes. Every price on this page is the in-store Utsav Sale price at all three branches until the sale ends, or until stock runs out.
How does reserving on WhatsApp work?
Tap Reserve on WhatsApp and send the pre-filled message. Our team confirms stock and holds the product for 24 hours at your chosen store, or schedules home delivery.
Which cards offer no-cost EMI?
No-cost EMI for 3, 6 or 9 months is available on most major credit cards for bills above ₹10,000. Our billing desk will show you the exact options for your card.
Can I combine a coupon with the exchange bonus?
You can use one coupon code per bill. EXCHANGE3K counts as a coupon, so pick the one that saves you the most. Exchange value for your old appliance is separate.
Is delivery and installation really free?
Yes, within Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad city limits. Large appliances are delivered within 48 hours and installed by brand-trained technicians.
The diyas stay lit. The prices won't.
